The rent of cottage Giant Mountains - About us

The construction of our cottage, sensitively located into the surrounding mountain landscape, was built by ourselves and our friends. We tried to use the utmost traditional working methods and natural materials. The love and care that we devoted to every detail is reflected in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere, which you can feel immediately after your arrival.

All those who seek refuge from the daily hustle and bustle will appreciate the beautiful location of the cottage in the Giant Mountains National Park, where you can wander through the untouched nature, lie in the fragrant grass or spend time with your family by the well, where you will be disturbed only by the gurgling of the mountain’s stream below you. In the evening, you will experience the unique atmosphere of the wood crackling in the tiled stove.

Our cottage will certainly be appreciated by those of you who want to spend an active holiday in the bicycle seat or a challenging hike in the summer or either cross country and slope skiing in winter.

In the winter months, the cottage is an ideal choice for an active skiing holiday with small children. Directly next to the cottage is a hill for sledging and other children's winter fun. Just over the hill in Alberice (approx. 2 km) is a smaller ski resort with slopes and ski lift. For more experienced skiers there are the ski resorts Janské Lázně (Černá hora) and Pec pod Sněžkou (about 6-8 km), where they can travel by SKI BUS. Of course, there are also opportunities for those who prefer to do cross-country skiing.
